You've Placed Your Order! Now what?

We are a one man show around here, meaning that the owner does all the managing of the store by herself! Because of this, it may take a few days to get your order all packaged and sent out :) Most orders will be shipped within three days, but may take a little longer, because honestly, life happens!! If you have not received your package within ten days of ordering, please send us a nice email :)

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking number sent to you via email.

Okay, you get your package, but something doesn't work out. We are here to help :)

***** AS OF APRIL 24, 2021 AND BEYOND: Because we are closing, we are no longer accepting refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases. 


BEFORE APRIL 24, 2021 We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only :) We are a very small company, and thus cannot provide cash back! But we want you to LOVE your new pieces! Send us an email letting us know you want to do a return or exchange, and we will move forward from there. You must send the original item back within 30 days of receiving it. You are responsible for paying the return shipping. However, if you are doing an exchange, we will pay the cost to get the new piece out to you :)

*Accessory bundles are not refundable or exchangeable.

*If you received a damaged item, you must send us a photo within 48 of the piece being delivered.
